I have lumps under the skin in my genital area about the size of a nickel. There are 3 or 4 of them. When I squeeze them, solid white stuff comes out in a thin line. When you push on them, they are tender. I have ruled out Herpes of any kind. My doctor sent them in to see if they were bacterial, and the results were negative, although the antibiotics she gave me seem to be helping after 5 days. What could they be?

My husband is experiencing severe personality changes since being on Paxil, including uncontrollable anger, lying, gambling, unusual risk-taking behavior, lack of emotion, and genuine caring. I have pleaded with his physician to wean him off Paxil but he refuses since my husband says he feels fine. What else can I do to convince this doctor of the seriousness of this situation, and how can the doctor ethically continue prescribing Paxil knowing the reported side effects?
