I've been trying to fall asleep and took my pulse, which was 47 BPM. Is it normal for heart rate to be between 40-60 BPM while at rest and about to sleep, or should I be concerned?

I've been experiencing sharp, stabbing pains near my upper abdomen that worsen with deep breathing for about 3 weeks. The pain occurs in the middle to left region of my chest, right below my left breast, and lasts from 10 seconds to intermittent for about 30 minutes at a time. I'm a healthy 25-year-old with no other symptoms like nausea or vomiting. What could be causing this pain?

I am a 61-year-old white male with symptoms of low energy, easy sleepiness, and low libido. My recent blood tests showed a high Ferritin reading of 413 ng/ml, Total Iron of 87, Iron binding capacity of 257, % saturation of 34 (all normal), Total Testosterone of 353, DHES of 45, Vitamin D of 49, and HS CRP of 2.7. Hemoglobin is 15.3, TSH is 2.97, and all CBC and CMP panels are normal. I am 6'2" and 229 lbs with a 38-40 inch waist. Are my Testosterone and DHES levels too low, and is my Ferritin level too high?

My heart rate six weeks after aortic valve replacement surgery is running at 90bpm in the morning. I take labetalol for H/P and the heart rate comes down to 85bpm. My heart rate prior to surgery was 72bpm with labetalol. Will my heart rate return to 72bpm? How long will it take? I lost 2.5 pints of blood during surgery and was not given a blood transfusion due to fear of blood clots. I am on iron sulfate but still have a low blood count. I also retained 15 pounds of fluid after surgery and was put on IV lasix for six days to lose the fluid. Now I take bumex for fluid. Could I start cardio rehab sooner than August? I had fluid in my lower legs before surgery and still have it now. Will that ever go away?

Can taking vitamin C cause a bladder infection? I started taking Ester C in mid-December and got a bladder infection in late January. Had a course of Macrobid and now I have one again.

I have a very large red bump that appeared on the side of my penis shaft. I previously had similar bumps around my genital area that I treated with a topical cream. The bumps have occurred at different times and locations, and I believe them to be sebaceous cysts. Can these occur at multiple locations, only one at a time? I have been tested for STDs and all results came back negative.
