I've noticed blood in my semen with no associated pain, burning when urinating, or current medication use. This has occurred intermittently, including once a few months ago and a couple of times about two or three weeks ago. I am 57 years old and had a PSA test and prostate exam within the last year, as well as a colonoscopy two years ago that checked clean.

I had a hard impact on my right knee while playing squash, and now, one week later, the knee is noticeably swollen. The pain is located directly under the knee cap, especially when standing after sitting or laying down with the knee bent. There's a pulsing sensation under the knee cap when laying down, and the knee cap shifts slightly from left to right with an odd slipping sensation. I have full range of motion, but there's a slight grinding click when walking upstairs. What could be the issue, and what should I do?
