I am experiencing frequent palpitations, especially when sitting or lying down. I am currently affected by sinus drainage and take a beta blocker, cholesterol medication, and a low-dose aspirin inconsistently. I also have hot flashes, mostly during early morning sleep. My diet is average, and I try to avoid sugar, chocolate, fried foods, and high-fat foods. My heart rate was 53 beats per minute with two palpitations, and my blood pressure is usually 120/80 or lower. Stress levels are average to low since I started vacation. What suggestions do you have for managing these symptoms?

I have an itchy leg from knee to foot due to being in a CAM boot. I had surgery on my left ankle to repair a dislocated and broken ankle, using a plate and screws. I am non-weight bearing for another month and use a walker. What can I do to alleviate the itching?

The tip of my right index finger feels numb (for about 1 1/2 weeks now) and I also have some swelling on my right knee that won't go away (about three weeks now). I don't feel pain but the swelling feels like gel just below my knee cap. I have been doing some motorcycle riding off-road and have worked my body hard. Is this serious even though I don't feel pain?

I just found out I was pregnant, but I used a douche two weeks ago. Will this cause a miscarriage? I also have abdominal discomfort that comes and goes, especially after physical activity or awkward sitting positions. Is this a cause for concern?
