I was diagnosed with strep throat almost 5 months ago, treated it with penicillin and was fine. Then, about 6 weeks later, I started feeling sick again but didn't seem like strep, so I didn't go to the doctor. After feeling ill for almost 2 months, I finally went to the doctor and they told me I had strep again. They gave me a different antibiotic and while on it, I felt better, but about 2 days after my treatment ended, I started feeling sick again. Is it possible I could have resistance to antibiotics? I was on several different antibiotics for acne when I was a teenager and was wondering if this could be a factor in my resistance to other antibiotics? Also, my symptoms don't seem like the strep I had the first time. My throat really isn't sore; it's mostly just headache, body aches (especially in arms) and fatigue, but they did a throat culture and came back positive for strep. Is it possible I could have developed a complication from the virus because I waited so long to treat it the second time?

I'm experiencing warmth sensations in my left foot, intermittent heat, and have had feet issues for a while. I've seen a foot specialist for previous pain but no issue was found. My right foot's big toe also had a red swelling with pus, which healed on its own. Additionally, I feel a pinched nerve in my back that shoots down my left leg when positioned certain ways. What could be the issue, and which specialist should I see?

My boyfriend's 10-year-old son has a herpes outbreak in his mouth. We initially thought it might be herpes type 1, but the mother claims it's type 2. Is it possible for a child to have type 2 herpes in the mouth, and how can this be confirmed?

I have green poop, headaches, no appetite, and muscle spasms. The headaches are daily, and I also experience a buzzing sensation in my head with pressure. I have an underactive thyroid and depression, and I'm on levothyroxine and venlafaxine. I had my gallbladder removed in 2011. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I am a 58-year-old woman well past menopause. I have been experiencing painful urination and pelvic pain regularly for several years. I have tried various medications, including estrogen cream, and suspect I may have interstitial cystitis (IC). I scored a 15 on a screening test. Do you think I am on the right track?
