I went for a hearing test and the biologist discovered I had impacted ear wax. After attempting to clean it with warm water irrigation, vacuuming, and a thin wire instrument, I experienced sharp pain and now have no hearing in my left ear. I am using neomycin and polymyxin drops but still have no hearing. Could the wire instrument have damaged my hearing further? What should I do?

I have been experiencing numbness and weakness in my arms and legs, muscle aches, tense headaches, visual disturbances, shakiness in my hands, and muscle tension around my eyes. My blood tests are normal, and my pupils react normally with good balance. My blood pressure is 110/70, fasting glucose is 4.8 mmol/L, I am 169 cm tall and weigh 61-62 kg. My haemoglobin level is 147 g/L, TSH is 0.68 mU/L, B12 is 438 pg/ml, and red cell folate is 611 ng/mL. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?
