If I walk, sometimes less than one-quarter mile, I feel like I cannot catch my breath, and my chest starts to hurt. It feels heavy. What causes this? And what can I do to strengthen my system to walk further? Keep in mind, when I slow down or stop to rest in minutes, the heaviness subsides and the pains in my chest lessen.

I ate a bunch of spicy food today and now I have small red painless spots on the roof of my mouth. My throat doesn't hurt. Should I be worried, and could this be related to the spicy food or other activities like kissing or fellatio?

I have opiate-induced constipation due to being on Suboxone 4 mg daily. Magnesium citrate used to effectively induce solid bowel movements when I was on I.V. morphine and Methadone, but now it only causes liquid diarrhea. Can you tell me if Magnesium citrate is still beneficial or if it's just drawing water out of my body and pushing it out?
