My problem is premature ejaculation during intercourse. What could be the causes and what should I do?

I have recently been told I have high blood pressure. My blood pressure was 170/115 with a pulse of 90 about an hour ago. I have no other medical conditions, but high BP runs in my family. I experience no dizziness, nose bleeds, or vision changes, and sometimes a mild headache that goes away without pills. I need to work to pay my bills and was sent home from work due to my BP. Is there a vitamin or an over-the-counter drug I can take to lower my BP now? I'm on a sample of Adalat XL 20 mg but don't think it will work quickly enough.

I have not had my menstrual cycle for three months now. I have taken pregnancy tests and they all come back negative. What can the problem be? I have gained a lot of weight and hyperthyroidism runs in my family, but I have never been tested for it. Could it cause the missed periods?

Can someone get a sexually transmitted disease (STD) if they drink from the same glass of alcohol as someone who may have it? I drank half a glass of white wine from someone who may have STDs and later developed a cough, lost my voice, and had a swollen, itchy upper right eyelid. Is this related to an STD or could it be an allergy or a cold?
