What is a transitional vertebra with partial lumberization of what will be termed S1 on the right side? It is noted as a normal anatomic variant but is associated with low back pain according to the Dr. who read the MRI. He also says comparison with prior studies will be helpful in accurately numbering the vertebra. Also, a rudimentary S1-2 disc space is present. Otherwise unremarkable MRI of the sacrum.

I have recently found small, dark, pinhead-size bumps at the base of my penis and into the pubic hair. They are somewhat hard, bleed when popped or scratched, and scab over before disappearing. I am sexually active and only trim the area, not shave it completely. What could these bumps be?
