I have been on birth control pills for a while and recently missed a few doses, including two pills a couple of days ago. I also started a new pack of pills to avoid my period. I took an ovulation test and think I might be ovulating. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. What are my chances of getting pregnant, and what is the white discharge I am seeing?

I had a molar implant done last month. The agreement was to put a porcelain crown over gold. The doctor put an all-porcelain crown instead, stating that the industry started using all-porcelain crowns for molars 4 years ago and they do not use fused porcelain over gold anymore. I'm very confused and upset, especially as I'm going to have more implants soon. Please advise and help.
