Lately, when I turn my head quickly, look up quickly, or bend over, I feel slightly dizzy, which then goes away. This even happens at night when I'm trying to sleep and change positions. What could this be, and should I visit a doctor?

I am a 46-year-old man. My problem is that my sex drive is very fast and my semen ejaculates very quickly, which not only I don't enjoy but also my wife doesn't. Please tell me what can I do?

For two years, I've been experiencing pain, especially at night, under my right arm towards the clavicle bone and up my neck on the right side. The pain is deep and hard to describe. I've seen my regular family doctor about this problem for almost two years now, and it has been getting worse, leading to more fatigue and less energy, even though I work out at the gym almost every day. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps should I take?

I have a heart rate of 84 all day and a blood pressure of 120/78. The main concern is that when I sit down, I fall asleep within a few minutes, even in the early evening. What could be the cause of this, and is it a circulation problem or something more serious?

I'm a skinny 19-year-old girl. I can barely finish my meals because I get full quickly. Whenever I try to eat a little more than usual, I have slight trouble swallowing. Is there some medical explanation as to why I'm like this?
