I am 16 weeks pregnant and was recently placed on Clindamycin for a tooth infection. Since then, I have had chronic yellow/green diarrhea that is very foul smelling and explosive, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. My stomach is very bubbly, and I can't seem to keep anything in or down for the last few days. I have tried a bland diet of toast and crackers, but my appetite is not there, and neither is my urge to drink anything, even though I keep trying to push fluids on myself. I am confused as to what is happening with my body and whether or not my baby is at risk.

I have heterogeneous signal throughout vertebrae bodies and bone marrow reconversion. I experience leg weakness, pain upon walking that worsens with activity and especially at night, and I'm unstable using my legs. They hurt all the time, feeling like I have a bad tooth. My WBC and RBC are low, and I have fractures up and down my spine. I'm 49 years old and weigh 123 pounds. Should I be worried about these symptoms and MRI findings?

My B12 level was 201 and my psychiatrist recommended a B complex supplement. My doctor suggested taking a B12 supplement at 1000mcg. Should I take just a B12 supplement or a B complex supplement along with a multivitamin?

I have been in a car accident and had an MRI scan of my cervical spine. My neurosurgeon says there is just a slight bump which will heal over time, but I believe there is more to it. I am experiencing lower cervical spine back pain and dizziness when I turn my neck. I have attached MRI images showing that C3 and C4 are curved up, unlike the rest of the vertebrae. Can you review the images and provide a second opinion?

I've been experiencing a stinging or pulsating pain in the head of my penis and around the opening of the urethra, which is red and irritated. I'm concerned it might be an STD like Chlamydia, but I don't have pain while urinating. I've also noticed a white, milky substance sometimes. Could this be due to rough masturbation, or is it something more serious? If it were Chlamydia, how long could it take to cause fertility problems? I've had these symptoms for about a month now, and I've only had unprotected oral sex.
