My 19-year-old son had an appendectomy in June, followed by a surgical site infection that was treated with antibiotics. He experienced stomach pains in August, tested positive for H. pylori, and was treated with antibiotics again. Six weeks later, the pains returned, and he tested positive for H. pylori again. He was put on colloidal silver and oil of oregano, and a breath test later came back negative. He is also experiencing bladder issues and severe fatigue. What should we do next?

My physical therapist ended my treatment today because she said I gave all the same answers as I did a month ago, indicating moderate difficulty in doing things. My neck is really stiff from a work incident. Are there other physical therapists that specialize more in manual techniques on the body? Can my pain management doctor refer me if there is such a thing, or do I have to go to my primary care physician?

I have been under heavy stress, and my bowel movements have been alternating between hard and diarrhea, which is unusual for me since I have IBS. Today, I noticed a light pink piece inside my brown stool. I have been off Lexapro for 3.5 months, and since then, my stomach has been puffy, and I experience a pain around my navel and back that goes away after a bowel movement. My blood work is fine, and my last x-rays were not quite a year ago. What could be causing the light pink chunk in my stool, and could it be related to my IBS? Additionally, what can I do to manage my symptoms and stress?

Our son is almost 14 months old and still not walking. He can stand and cruise with support, crawl very fast, and walk with walking toys, but he folds his knees and cries when we try to help him walk without support. We are worried and stressed about his reluctance to walk. Please advise.
