I have a lot of unresolved health issues and the more research I do, the more I believe I have Addison's disease or something similar. I don't think I am producing enough cortisol to heal my body. It will probably take me over a year to get into see an Endocrinologist. What should I do in the meantime?

I went through a period of heavy drinking, over-exercising, and stress, which led to heart palpitations and panic attacks. After several trips to the emergency room, I was told I have benign ectopic beats and a grade 2 heart murmur, which some doctors can hear and others cannot. I also had an ECG showing an incomplete branch bundle block, confirmed by a heart scan as a minor partial right branch bundle block. Despite being extremely fit, I worry that these conditions could harm me. Are these normal variants?

I'm a 25-year-old engaged woman to a 30-year-old man. We have two kids between us from past relationships. He had surgery about 4 years ago to prevent him from making children. We are hoping, wishing, & praying that the surgery can be revised. I don't know much about it, so would you tell me if it is possible? And if it is possible, can you refer us to a specialist?
