I was diagnosed with anxiety and am on Klonopin and Celexa. I have been frequently burping and have no appetite. I am concerned that I might have stomach cancer. I have been to the ER for breathing issues and had normal x-rays and blood tests. Is this due to the medication, anxiety, or could I really have stomach cancer?
