I was diagnosed with anxiety and am on Klonopin and Celexa. I have been frequently burping and have no appetite. I am concerned that I might have stomach cancer. I have been to the ER for breathing issues and had normal x-rays and blood tests. Is this due to the medication, anxiety, or could I really have stomach cancer? Should I go to the ER again, or give the medication more time to work?

I also had two drinks on my birthday. Could I be pregnant, and if so, would the alcohol harm the baby? Additionally, I'm 41 years old and have a gagging reflex when brushing my teeth.
