My aunt has a lot of hemorrhoids and I accidentally put Ampicillin suppositories in her vagina instead of her anus. Will the Ampicillin still work, and could it cause bacterial vaginosis? Additionally, she hasn't eaten or drunk anything for four days. How long can she continue like this with me giving her liquids with a syringe? Is there a chance the antibiotics could still work with her not eating and drinking this long, and have you seen other elderly patients recover from a UTI without IVs?

I am concerned that my son, born on September 16, 2019, with a birth weight of 2.9 kg, might have autism. He has been thumping his legs, shaking his hands, and flapping his wrists in a clockwise motion since birth. He also has difficulty standing without support and cannot crawl. He says 'ma' when he cries and babbles 'ba ba pa pa, inna inna' but hasn't started saying 'mama' or 'dada.' He cries when strangers hold him but sometimes plays with other kids by tapping his palms on their faces. He laughs when I make crazy noises and has recently learned to wave his hands and say 'tata.' What should I do?
