My aunt was initially hospitalized for pneumonia at the age of 78, was placed on a ventilator multiple times, and now shows no response to commands. She has been in ICU for 6 weeks and is worse than ever. What could have happened, and does she have a chance of returning to a normal life? If not, what aftercare can the family expect, and how long can she survive with a trach and feeding tube?

I have uneven size pupils, with the left side being bigger and the right side smaller, and this difference has been getting worse over time. I also have other symptoms such as sensitivity to light, headaches, achy feeling in my eyes, mood swings, fatigue, tingling in my right shoulder and arm, and sudden heartburn. Could these symptoms be related, and what could be the cause of the uneven pupils?

I am trying to find out my estimated date of conception. I had unprotected sex on Aug. 13. My last cycle started on Aug. 16. I had unprotected sex again on Aug. 24th. Is it possible I may be pregnant by the guy I had unprotected sex with on Aug. 13? OR is it the guy on Aug. 24th?
