My bottom of feet have numb areas, also the area above is dry. I have high blood pressure and take triameterine, clonidine, and atenolol. This started about three months ago, with a little pain, itching, and I've been working my feet less. I had shingles on my head and wore socks for several weeks before this started. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I have bleeding from my rectum and itching. My doctor did not perform an internal rectal examination and there have been no changes in my bowel movements over the past several months. The blood is bright red and I have no other symptoms other than intense itching. The skin around my rectum is red and bumpy, resembling eczema, but there are no open sores or breaks in the skin. The tissue around the anus is bulbous and pink. What could be causing this and what type of doctor should I see?
