I have not gotten my period since August 23rd (approximately). I have not had any PMS symptoms and have occasionally felt what seems like my ovaries twitching. Today, this sensation has been happening all day. What could be wrong with me?

I have had a pain on my upper right side, where the gallbladder would be, but I don't have one. I fell before I started getting this pain. I also have a reduced appetite, blood spots on my arms, easy bruising, cold chills, night sweats, heart palpitations, and constipation. I went to the doctor, who took a CT scan and x-rays, but didn't find anything. What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm 50 years old, overweight, and last night I experienced a severe headache, diarrhea, vomiting, and profuse sweating. I feel somewhat better now. Could leftover chicken I ate cause all these symptoms, or could I be having a heart attack/stroke?
