For the past few days, my breasts have felt heavy and a little painful, and I've noticed a change in my vaginal discharge—it's more thick, yellowish, and smells different. I had my last period about 3 1/2 weeks ago, and I'm sexually active. In the last week, I've also noticed my upper stomach getting a little bigger. I've been on the pill for about 18 months, but I was on antibiotics for bronchitis two weeks ago, which might have deactivated the pill.
