I have a red bump in my genital region, just below my belt buckle. It doesn't look like it's filled with pus, nor does it resemble herpes or any other condition I've seen online. It's tender and painful when pressed. I plan on seeing a doctor, but any information and thoughts would be appreciated.

I started my period 7 days ago. I bled heavily for 2 days then stopped. My periods on average last 7 days. I woke up 6 days later with signs of depression, anxiety, "foggy brain" and the seventh day was even worse. I feel better in the evenings. I feel almost the same way I felt after giving birth to my two children only this time, I didn't have a baby. What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be treated?

I have low testosterone levels (3.7) and have tried various medications like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra, but they haven't worked. I also have a pump that doesn't help. What else can I try for erectile dysfunction?
