I leak clear stuff from my breast while on my period. What could this be and what should I do?

I received my hepatitis B vaccination 6 years ago, but there was confusion about whether I completed the whole shot series. I received two booster doses over the years. Are these booster doses safe, and can they protect me from hepatitis B infection? Will these booster doses give me a high antibody titer that might lead to hepatitis B infection?

There is a yellowish/green string hanging out of my butthole. I pulled out about 6 inches, but it hurts if I pull more. I now have about 3 inches of this string thing hanging out. What's wrong with me?

I'm trying to get pregnant but haven't been successful. I had a miscarriage in September 2006. I don't have regular periods, and my partner is fine. My doctor has done basic testing only. My last three months of my period have been normal. I am overweight and have lost 26 pounds over the past two months. I weigh 235 pounds and am 5'4". I used to weigh 261 pounds. I miscarried in 2006. What can I do to increase my chances of getting pregnant?
