My right hand shakes more than my left. What causes the shaking, why does my right hand shake more, and what can I do about it?

I have a phobia that has started to affect my life. I can't let anyone else drive me in a car because I feel out of control and anxious when they go fast or don't slow down quickly. I feel embarrassed and don't want to look like an idiot, so I avoid traveling unless I'm driving. How can I cure this problem and where should I go for help?

My 3-year-old daughter has a problem with biting, pinching, scratching, and hitting at most times for no reason. She will just walk up to anyone and do this, then yell and swear, and I don't understand why. She does this to kids and adults. We spank her, and she laughs. She can be good sometimes, but one wrong thing and she goes off. It only lasts for a few minutes, and she stops, but at any given time, she does this. This is not normal for her age. She is smart for her age, and I don't know if her brain is working too fast or what.

My 16-year-old daughter, Lauren, has a serious seizure disorder and takes multiple medications daily. Recently, she has been sleeping excessively, only getting up to eat or use the restroom once a day, and has developed a problem with her left eye appearing half-open. She has had seizures daily, sometimes four to six times a day, and her last EEG showed abnormal lines, but her CT scan and MRI showed no brain abnormalities. Her seizures originate from three different parts of her brain. She has been on the same medications for over a year but has never exhibited these symptoms before. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?

My wife stood up into a cement ceiling and seems to have given herself a concussion. I'm afraid she might have a broken skull. Are there any symptoms or complications we should be aware of?

I'm fifty years old and have noticed an enlarged vein on my penis. It doesn't hurt, there's no trouble with urinating, and there's no physical discomfort, but I'm concerned about it. Should I see a doctor, and if so, what type of doctor should I consult?
