What does it mean when urine culture results show Lactobacillus species at 75,000? Is this indicative of bacteria from the digestive system or a contamination issue?

About two months ago, I experienced sudden blood in my urine, followed by extreme back pain and later, pain in my penis and groin area. I've had tests including an ultrasound and a CT scan, which found a kidney stone and a 1 cm round low attenuation lesion in the opposite kidney. I've also had blood work and a pelvic CT scan, both of which were clean. However, I'm now experiencing a heavy feeling in my scrotum and occasional pain in my penis and groin. Could these symptoms be related to the kidney issues, or could they indicate a different condition such as a urinary tract infection, STD, or testicular cancer?
