My son, who is autistic and weighs 150kg, accidentally took his morning and night doses of Topamax (125mg morning and night) and Catapres (150mg morning and 300mg night) together at 8am. He is also on Metformin XR 1000mg in the morning for weight management, and takes Vitamin D, fish oil, Valerian, and Brahmi at night. Is this dosage safe, and what should we do moving forward?
