My son, who was working on his car in high humidity and 90-degree weather, experienced confusion, severe dizziness, and severe sweating. Since then, he has shown strange behavior, insomnia, nausea, and restlessness. I suspect it might be heat stroke, but I don't know what to do now, three days later, especially since he has no insurance. What can I do to help him without going to the ER?
