My blood test results over the past three months have shown elevated lymphocyte counts, declining platelet counts, and low iron saturation. I have symptoms such as night sweats, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, bloating, feeling full after small meals, bone and joint pain, and weight loss. I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis but am concerned about the possibility of a more serious condition like lymphoma. Should I be concerned and push for more testing?

My wife received Prevnar13 shot 2 days ago and experienced chills, fever, headache, and body aches, followed by a large red rash approximately 6 inches in diameter beneath the injection site on her arm/shoulder. Is this a normal side effect or should I take her to the hospital?
