I've had urinary tract infections since I was a kid and am now 27. I'm currently experiencing one and have taken OTC pills for the burning and drank cranberry juice. The pain has gone away, but I haven't had to urinate and have diarrhea. I'm worried about not urinating because I only have one kidney. What should I do?
