My whole family has broken out in a skin rash that looks like insect bites. The breakouts occurred about a week apart and are on our backs, stomachs, and upper legs. We have ruled out fleas and chickenpox. What could this rash be?

I had my last period on December 17, 2007, but haven't had it since. I've taken pregnancy tests four times, all showing 'not pregnant'. My menstrual cycle is irregular.
