I have recently found a small lump in my breast that seemed to appear overnight. The lump seems to change shape almost daily, feels like several small peas stuck together, and has reduced in size since first discovered. It feels slightly sore and is easily manipulated and moved. I am 32 years old with no history of breast cancer in my family. What could this lump be and should I be concerned?

I have been diagnosed with a boil that has healed over. It started oozing slightly and then stopped, but now it is bleeding a little. The boil doesn't hurt much and is about 1/4" thick. I was advised to use warm washcloths over the area for 20 minutes three times a day. Should I continue this treatment, and how long will it take for the boil to heal without medication?

I am job searching and have to take a pre-employment screening. I do not take illegal drugs but do take 50mg of Zoloft as necessary about once every other day. Will this in any way affect the drug test? Should I disclose it at all to the lab? Is there a confidentiality agreement or will they report it to my future employer? Additionally, about two months ago, I smoked a joint, which was a one-time thing. Will this show up on the drug test?

I am a 51-year-old male on several medications including Hydrochlorothiazide, Lovastatin, Furosemide, and Atenolol. My blood pressure has been averaging around 115/62 but recently increased to 134-146/60-86. After experiencing a lot of stress, my face became very red, my heart began pounding intensely, and my blood pressure dropped to 99/80 with a pulse of 136. The pounding lasted for about 20-30 minutes and has now returned. Should I be worried? Do I need to go to the hospital, or can I see a doctor tomorrow? Is it just stress?
