I'm 62 years old and have been experiencing rapid urges to urinate (10 times a day or more) with only a few drops each time, sometimes needing to rush to the toilet. I've had a rectal exam, blood tests, and urine tests (showing leucocytes but no other abnormalities), and have been on Ciprofloxacin for 9 days with little change. What should I do next?
