I just had my IUD removed 1 1/2 weeks ago. I started bleeding last Monday and it lasted for 8 days. I've been feeling weak, shaky, and tired. Are there any foods I should be eating to boost my energy and reduce the shaky feeling? Is this normal after having such a long period compared to my usual 4-day period?
