My wife took a weight loss supplement called Fyre by Syntrax, which contains caffeine. It has been about 7 hours since she took the pills and she is still jittery and feeling nausea. Is there anything I can do to help her come down off the caffeine high, or should I bring her to the hospital?

My husband has neuropathy and experiences constant pain and burning in his feet. He has tried Gabapentin and high doses of Lyrica, but the pain is worsening. He has no feeling in the bottoms of his feet and struggles to walk due to the pain. We are on Medicare and considering a scooter for him to get fresh air and go shopping. What is your opinion on this, and how can we encourage him to walk despite the pain?
