I have had Ascariasis for approximately a year. I discovered it last September. I used herbal alternatives and then took Vermox (mebendazole) as recommended, but still have live roundworms in my stool. How can I get rid of these parasites once and for all?

I've been experiencing intermittent upper abdominal pain that appears to be triggered by drinking cold beverages or eating. The pain is located approximately 4 inches above the navel and typically occurs immediately upon swallowing. The pain lasts from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes and is not associated with heartburn, indigestion, or cold symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I take Armor thyroid 2.5 gr. I am recently feeling like there is an air bubble in my throat on the left-hand side, could that be associated with my thyroid? I have no pain. When I drink fluids, I feel a gas bubble and burp air from that area.

I have pain in my left ear around the top of the ear. The pain started with what felt like my jaw locking at that point. Pain has lasted about five days. I have no hearing difficulty but the area around the ear feels warm. I cannot open my jaw fully without pain. No discharge but it feels like something is running down in my ear. My throat has a tickle.

I have sudden swelling on the left side of my jaw near my neck. It just occurred 30 minutes ago and is spreading to my cheek. There is redness and mild pain, but no fever, numbness, tingling, or difficulty swallowing. What could be causing this and what should I do?
