I think I have a phantom smell. Should I go to the ER? I am 21 years old, taking fluvoxamine, and have a history of OCD, depression, and panic disorder. The phantom smell has been a concern for me just today, off and on all day.

I have a popping or flutter sensation just below my belly, typically occurring when I cough or pass gas. It's not painful but feels strange.
