Sometime in August this year, I did an HIV test and came out negative. In October, I did another one, but this time it came back different. There was a clear line like the one I saw in August, and then there was another faint line that cut off in the middle unlike the first line. Does that mean I'm positive or should I do another HIV test?

I have had severe headaches, exhaustion, and stomach problems with periodic muscle stiffness on and off for 3 years. Episodes can last from a few days to several months, during which time I am unable to function, staying on the couch. I have been tested for lupus, MS, and other autoimmune diseases with a blood test several years ago, and everything checked out fine. I am wondering about hormone levels, food allergies, or chronic headache syndrome. My doctor thinks it might be a somatoform disorder related to depression, but I have the episodes with or without anti-depression meds, which seem to work fine.

I am 21 years old and have been masturbating regularly for the past 3 years. Recently, I visited a prostitute for the first time but was unable to ejaculate despite trying for 15 minutes and receiving a blow job for 1 minute. I am concerned about this and also want to know if masturbation can cause pain in the knee or reduce sports performance.

I've been on birth control for 5 months and each month I continue to feel more sick to my stomach. Could I genuinely be sick with a virus or could it be the birth control?

I have been prescribed Tramadol for pain relief. I started today with 2x2 pills, but as I was preparing to take another dose I became nauseous (with vomiting), dizzy, sweating, disoriented, and had blurred vision. In the subsequent four hours, I have been sick three times and continue to feel nauseous. How long are these symptoms likely to last, and is there anything I should be doing other than resting in bed? I will not be taking any more Tramadol.

I have a history of a C6-C7 herniation (stenosis) and a noisy left-sided back (scapula region). Recently, I experienced back pain (left-sided, presumed muscular) after a strong massage focused on my upper left back. Since then, I have had bad pain below and around my left scapula, extending to my armpit, with tingling under the armpit and down the inside of my arm, occasional tingling in my index and thumb, and sometimes other fingers. There is also variable pain/tingling at the front of my shoulder and pain extending to my lower back and down my left leg to my knee. The symptoms seem similar to my previous C6-C7 injury but not as severe. I am unsure if this is a new nerve-related injury or a muscular injury. I find a hot shower helps temporarily, and I have been taking Ibuprofen and Codeine/Paracetamol, but their effectiveness is unclear. I have also experienced anxiety attacks/depression, which are worsening with these new symptoms. My GP thinks it's nerve-related but hasn't thoroughly checked me. He prescribed Pregabalin, which I am hesitant to take due to bad side effects in my family. What could be wrong, and what treatment options are available?
