I have had swelling in my feet, ankles, and calves. My CBC shows low hematocrit, low RBC, and low hemoglobin. I have a GFR of 51 and I am spilling creatinine. I also have 1+ bilirubin. What does this mean?

I strained during a bowel movement and noticed blood in the toilet. Additionally, a few drips came out of my butt when I peed, and I have pain on the left side of my anus with a small lump inside and outside. Should I go to the ER or use a hemorrhoid suppository?

Hi Dr. Chip. You helped me the other day with my hemorrhoid issue. I would like to ask you if this is still my hem acting up even though it looks like all the swelling and irritation has gone down. Yesterday and today when I went to the bathroom, right before I got a burning sensation. After the movement it no longer burns. It happens more when the stool is a little looser. I am still on Miralax to heal the fissure. Should I cut back on it now since I seem to be going 3 times a day now?

All day I have had the sensation of blood flowing through my heart on the left side of my chest, which feels like a vibration on and off. I have no other symptoms except for taking Lipitor. I also have fibromyalgia, and my chiropractor says I have a T6 dermatome nerve problem. I fell and hit my rib cage a year ago, and now I experience burning sensations on and off near my rib cage and medial sternum, as well as tightness around my chest like a rubber band at bra level. Ice relieves the tightness.
