I have pain/tenderness over my ovaries with low back pain that radiates to my legs, mainly in the calves. I am 37 years old and have had this issue for about a year. I had my IUD removed, thinking it might be the cause. What could this be?

I was supposed to start my period on March 14th, but it started on the 19th. My period is usually on time, and I've never been pregnant before. I experienced symptoms like abdominal pains, extreme back aches, headaches, increased appetite and thirst, and more sleep than usual. I also noticed a change in my food preferences. I took two home pregnancy tests on Sunday and Monday, both of which were negative. Is there a possibility I could still be pregnant?
