What would it mean if you have a pain from the belly-button down to the thighs on a male?

I have a severe stinging/burning sensation that runs from the top of my right ankle where my foot begins and continues down and around the bottom of the ankle bone. If I straighten my ankle in a ballerina toe stand motion, it is excruciatingly painful until it is at full stretch. Occasionally, I feel a nerve sensation from my heel through the bottom of my foot into the ankle that makes it feel like my ankle is going to give out. What could be causing this pain, and what steps should I take to diagnose and treat it?

I took a pregnancy test on the 2nd of April and it was negative, then two days later I took one and it said positive. How would this happen? Could I be pregnant?

For the past few months, I have had very irregular periods, occurring 21-23 days apart and lasting about 10 days each. I am 41 years old and take an anti-depressant (Lexapro) daily. Could either of these factors be causing my irregular periods?
