This morning I woke up feeling tired around 6:30 am. By 8:30 am, I started having pressure-like pain in my chest and shoulders, nausea, shortness of breath, and cold sweats which lasted about 30 minutes. I then felt better but the symptoms increased in strength. I fell asleep for an hour and a half and feel fine now. Not sure what I should do next. My husband is away on a work trip till Friday.

I have been experiencing clavicle and back pain near the shoulder blades, as well as pain in the left side of my feet at the mid to front area for the last five weeks. The pain is exacerbated by physical work, office work on a computer, and at bedtime. I also have numbness in my hands, which is worse after ulnar nerve surgery. I am 34 years old, male, and take tramadol and zopiclone. I have had an MRI and blood tests, but no significant findings were reported, except for borderline creatinine levels attributed to physical work. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further steps should I take for diagnosis and treatment?

My urobilinogen is brown on a urine strip, my specific gravity (SG) is high, and I have extreme bloating in the evenings for a couple of weeks. I have been hydrating for almost 24 hours, and my urine is now clear, but the urobilinogen remains the same. How many days should it take for my SG to be completely normal after being fully hydrated, and should the urobilinogen normalize as soon as the SG does, or do I need to wait more days? Additionally, what can I do about the extreme bloating in the evenings?
