I have some swelling above my penis on the left side with a little pain. It has been going on for two days and was noticed the day after having sex. The swelling is on the upper pelvic tissue and is uncomfortable but not agonizing. There is no rash or redness. What could this be and should I be concerned?

I'm 75, female, and had a nuclear stress test with drugs instead of a treadmill due to arthritis and poor balance. The results showed insufficient oxygen in a portion of the left ventricle. I've since had a heart scan with a calcium score of 0, and I'm concerned about the radiation exposure from further tests. I also have an anxiety disorder and hypertension. What further testing would you recommend, and is an echocardiogram a good alternative to a CTA?
