My vocabulary has become garbled with incorrect words. When I try to correct what I had just said, it gets worse with more undetectable vocabulary. I can hear that I am not saying what I want to say, but at the time, cannot correct it. I had my doctor listen to my carotid arteries and she stated that they seemed pretty sluggish. What could this be a sign of and where should I go next for further evaluation?
