I have had dark brown vaginal discharge from Day 14 to Day 24 of my cycle, along with blood spotting for the past 3 days. I'm on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for at least 5 months and have never missed a pill. I had vaginosis two months ago but treated it with antibiotics. Should I be concerned? Should I get a pregnancy test?
