My body is very sore most of the time, and pains in the cold weather. My neck is sometimes tense and my body is stiff. What can I do?

For the last two days, my daughter's one eye has had periodic drainage and has been red, but it's not itchy and does not hurt. Should I call her doctor or see how the next day goes? We put an old air conditioner in her room but have since taken it out due to her starting with this reaction.
