I had a shrimp sandwich and I got sick. What could be the cause of my symptoms?

I am on Paxil, Remeron, and Depakote. My doctor is slowly weaning me off Paxil and switching me to Wellbutrin, but I still seem to sweat excessively at the least bit of physical activity. I believe this started when I was put on Paxil back in 1995 and has worsened over the years. I am also 30 lbs. overweight, have half a thyroid and take Synthroid, and experience vivid dreams and wake up drenched in sweat. What could be causing this excessive sweating and what can I do about it?

Mouth has a sore between the gum line and the cheek. Gum is swollen and side of my cheek.

My right leg feels like it's asleep, but I still have feeling in it. It gets worse when I walk but feels better when I sit down. I recently hurt my back a couple of weeks ago, and it just got better a few days before this leg issue started.
