Is there a nutritional difference between plain, unflavored instant oatmeal and old-fashioned oatmeal?

On my left arm, I have some red spots with a white ring around them. I have had them for a while. They do not hurt and have not gotten any bigger. My left arm is also very sensitive to cold temperatures and gets blotchy when it's cold. Do you have any ideas as to what this could be?

Is there something seriously wrong with me? I got my period on June 7th and haven't gotten it yet this month. I took three pregnancy tests and they all say I'm not pregnant. Now I'm starting to get real worried that something could be really wrong with me. Do you have any answers that could help me find out what's going on with me?
