About 3 weeks ago, I started having watery stools with intermittent bloody mucus and cramping. I took Imodium and increased my fiber intake, but the symptoms persisted. I also experienced pain similar to a UTI, for which I was prescribed Septra and Pyridium. The pain subsided, but the mucusy stools and cramping continued. What could be wrong with me?

I need help interpreting my Lyme disease test results. My Lyme IgM P41 ab and IgM P23 ab were present and abnormal, but all my IgG were absent or negative. Additionally, my M pneumoniae IgG abs result was 169, which is high, but my IgM abs for M pneumoniae came back negative. What do these results mean for my Lyme disease and M pneumoniae status?
