I have been experiencing severe night sweats for about a year, which have recently worsened to the point where I need to change my sheets daily and dry my mattress. I also have flu-like symptoms, smelly mucus, and elevated liver enzymes. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have chronic muscle pain in my pelvic area for over 5 years, leg cramps when sitting, difficulty walking due to foot and leg pain, and a swollen and painful center-right side of my stomach. What health problem could be causing all these symptoms or are they unrelated?

I have not had my period for 3-4 months. It is usually very heavy with many clots in it. Last month I had my period, I think, for like one or two days with a very small amount of blood. Is something wrong?
