My husband lost interest in sex the day we married and suffers from delayed ejaculation. He is only in the mood early in the morning in a spooning position, which makes me feel he does not want to look at me. Additionally, I can only have an orgasm if he is on top, and he does not like kissing, being on top, or any form of foreplay. Is this a sign of a deeper issue in our marriage, and should we seek counseling?
