I have hard palate soreness, especially when eating, with no visible lesion. It has lasted about a week. What are the likely causes?

For three days now, I have been unable to hear out of my left ear. I have tried removing wax with Q-tips and a Visine wax removal product, but my ear is still stopped up. What should I do next? Should I expect this to resolve itself or should I go see a doctor? It's really annoying.

I have Trichomoniasis and I was wondering if it's possible that my boyfriend of 6 years cheated on me, or if I could have gotten this infection from partners he was with before we started dating. I have only had one sex partner in my life, who is my boyfriend. Additionally, I have a 2-week-old daughter with thrush on her tongue, and I'm concerned if this infection could affect her or if she could have gotten it from me during vaginal birth. Lastly, I took the medication to treat the infection, but I'm wondering if it typically goes away completely or if it can come back even if my boyfriend is treated as well.

I have had an echocardiogram and EKG to rule out heart palpitations. I now keep having blood pressure readings of 130/90 and 150/95. The doctor wants me to take toprol for a few weeks. I am also on topamax for migraines. My symptoms include fatigue, shortness of breath, pins and needles in feet and hands (side effects of topamax), headaches, stomach aches, some loose stools but I also have IBS, and I am very anxious. The doctor thinks these are symptoms of anxiety. I also went to the ER for a full chest x-ray and blood work for the heart, which all came back normal. I am worried because my symptoms include high blood pressure, which is new, and I do not feel well. I weigh 110 pounds, am 5'4", exercise 4-5 days a week, and am a 39-year-old woman with three boys. Can stress do this much harm?
